Violet Ann Tonker, 82, of Canton, passed away Thursday, October 27th, at her home surrounded by loved ones. Born in Waynesburg, on July 27, 1940, a daughter of the late Paul and Nellie (Smith) Price. Preceded in death by her husband Lester Tonker and brother Paul Price Jr. Survived by daughter Doris (Carroll) Howard, of Navarre; 2 sons Lester Tonker, of Millerburg, Steven Tonker, of the home; brother Ernie (Judy) Price; 3 grandchildren Anna (Devlin) Carroll, Joshua (Halee) Howard, Eli Howard; 4 great grandchildren Dominic, Michael, Ryker, Asher; partner of over 30 years Kenneth Dunlap and his children Lori, Leslie, Felcia, Kenny; as well as their children. A graveside service will be held at Noon on Wednesday, November 9th in Evergreen Memorial Gardens. A celebration of life will be held immediately following at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church, 2615 Prairie College St. SW Canton, OH 44706.
