Together Again...

Virginia Diane Dillree, 71, of East Canton, passed away peacefully June 8, 2011 at Mercy Medical Center following an extended illness. Born on May 13, 1940, in Canton, the daughter of the late Russell  and Lenora (Lawson) Passwaters. Also proceded in death by her husband of 39 years, Herman F. "Frank" Dillree, died May 7, 1997, their infant son Gregory, two sisters Shirley Salman and Beverly Ford, two brothers Duane and Herman Passwaters. She was a devoted housewife, mother and grandmother.

Virginia is survived by six sons Norman "Russ" (Priscilla) Dillree of E. Canton, Randy Dillree of Colorado, Jeffrey Dillree of Waynesburg, Brian (Regina) Dillree, of E. Canton, Timothy Dillree and Brad Dillree of the home, 15 Grandchildren, 10 Great Grandchildren, a sister, Joan Beeson of Louisville; four brothers, Bruce Passwaters of E. Sparta, Eddie Passwaters and Wayne Passwaters both of Canton, and Bob Passwaters of E. Canton.

The family would like to extend their thanks to her special friend Pam and her other caregivers. The 8th floor staff and Dr. Janda at Mercy Medical. Virginia will be greatly missed.

Funeral Services will be held at 10 am on Saturday, June 11th, in the Waltner-Simchak Funeral Home, with Rev. Steven Cummings officiating. Friends are invited to call on Friday, June 10th, from 6-8pm in the funeral home.  Interment at Forrest Hill Cemetery.
