Virginia V. (McAdams) Stevens, went to her Lord on January 12, 2018. Virginia was born in Commerce, OK., and later raised her family in West Lafayette, Ohio. Virginia owned and operated her Beauty salon, known as Indian Meadows, before joining the work force at General Electric in Coshocton. Virginia married Robert J. Stevens in March of 1946 and raised 3 children, Robert Michael (Jacqueline) Stevens of Venice, Fl., Vicky (John) Dennis of West Lafayette, OH., and Kevin (Ben) Peggy Stevens of West Lafayette, OH; a sister Mary Swafford of Lawrenceburg, IN.; a name sake of Virginia Sue Goodwin, of Greendale, IN.; and a special niece Jeanie (Gary) Carlisle of Carrollton, KY. Virginia had 4 grandchildren, Debbie, John Eric, Andrea and Cory; 11 great grandchildren.

Virginia enjoyed traveling, quilting, bingo, and eating out. Preceding her in death was her husband of 50 yrs., her youngest son Kevin, her parents, 6 siblings, and nephews. As per Virginia's request, a cremation will take place, and private services at a later date. In lieu of flowers the family request contributions be made to Truman Hospice House, 716 Commercial Ave. SW, New Philadelphia, OH., 44663, or charity of choice.
