Born in Torshavn, Foroyar Islands, Iceland on June 6, 1938, the daughter of the late Joen Jacob Vagseid. She is survived by her daughter Tina Swauger of Charolette, NC, three sons, Jacob (Beth) Swauger of Kipling, NC, Alan (Tina) Swauger of Mineral City, Paul Swauger of Concord.
A Private Memorial Service will be held by the family.
