Wanda Lou Ross, 69, of Dover, passed away Saturday, May 13th, at Community Hospice House. Born in Sugarcreek on February 16, 1948, a daughter of the late Jim and Nettie (Armbrust) Shepherd. Survived by daughter Kendra (Tod) Crilley, of Mineral City; son Kendall D. Matthus II, of Dover; 4 sisters Linda Green, Gloria Infield, Martha Hutchison, Juinita Rennicker; 2 brothers Eugene Steed, Joe Steed; 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
