Wilford Junior Newman "Wolf", 63, of Canton passed away Saturday, February 7th. Born on August 1st, 1962 in Philippi, West Virginia a son of the late Wilford Mayle and Ernestine Newman. Besides his parents he is preceded in death by 2 brothers Wilford Lee Mayle, Earl Junior Mayle as well as brother-in-law Randy Mayle. Wolf was an avid motorcycle rider who found freedom and joy on the open road. Whether cruising down a quiet highway or riding alongside friends, he embraced the adventure that came with every mile. He also enjoyed playing pool, always ready for a friendly game and the good company that surrounded it. A dedicated and hardworking man, Wolf proudly retired from Local Union 1015 after many years of loyal service. He was known for his strong work ethic, reliability, and the pride he took in a job well done. Survived by daughter Sylvia McClure; 4 sisters Angel (Bill) Hunt, Rose Mayle, Wilda (Manuel) Serna, Erina (Pookie) Layton; 2 brothers Ronnie Newman, Ronald Dean (Debbie) Mayle; 4 grandchildren; nieces Brittany Newman, Alexis Hunt, Madyson Hunt as well as many cousins, nieces, nephews, family members and friends who loved him dearly.
