William Daniel Blackburn Sr., 76, of Magnolia, passed away Monday, December 16th, at his home. Born in Holden, West Virginia on March 18, 1948, a son of the late William Tennis and Lena Marie (Thompson) Blackburn. Dan loved motorcycles and was a hell raiser who enjoyed life to the fullest and fought to the bitter end. He is survived by Brenda (Shorb) Blackburn, although they were separated; 3 sons WM Daniel Blackburn Jr, Christopher H Blackburn, WM Allen (Stephanie) Blackburn; sister Winifred Jean (Steve) Hager; brother Harry A (Roxanne) Blackburn; 2 daughters, Lori (Tim) McGrady, Cassie Kuligowski; multiple grandchildren and great grandchildren, with a special bond with granddaughter Amber (Dakota) Wells, who had taken care of him during his time of illness, as well as other friends and family. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
