William F. Geer, 61, of Canton, passed away Wednesday, January 15th, at Mercy Medical Center. Born in Parkersburg, West Virginia on June 27, 1958, a son of the late Frank and  Leona Maxwell Geer, also preceded in death by son Billy Geer, sister Sue Mayle, and brother Roy Geer. Besides his wife Stephanie L. (Mayle) Geer, married November 16th, 1990, he is survived by daughter Karrie Hookey, of Canton; son Eric (Lacey) Jones, of East Sparta; 3 sisters Penny Corley, Darlene Miner, both of Canton. Debbie Casto, of Belpre; and 7 grandchildren. A gathering of family and friends will be held Saturday, January 18th from 3:30 PM to 6:00 PM at 6253 Canton Rd, Carrolton, Ohio 44615 where a covered dish dinner will be served.
