William "Bill" Otto, Jr., 70, of Canton, passed away Friday, July 29th at his home following an extended illness. Born in Massillon on April 6, 1952, a son of the late William and Shirley  (Luckring) Otto. Besides his parents he is also preceded in death by 2 brothers Bob Otto and Ross Otto. He served in the U.S Navy and also was employed at The Timken Company for 31 years before retiring. Survived by his loving wife Evelyn (Hoover) Otto, daughter Amanda (Paul) Otto, of Massillon; son William (Mindy) Otto III, of Kent; sister Cindy (Randy) Shook, of Brewster; sister-in-law Jayne Otto; 8 beautiful grandchildren; 6 beautiful great-grandchildren, as well as many other family members and friends. There will be no services at this time.
